State Farm seeks Summer 2027 interns for its Mount Laurel, New Jersey, Claims Litigation Counsel office. The program offers hands-on experience defending State Farm and its customers in civil cases, with mentoring and exposure to all litigation phases.

Qualifications

• 2L students currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship (Class of 2028).
• Strong academic credentials preferred.
• Strong research skills including familiarity with Lexis preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• This position requires most of the time to be in office; we are seeking students from local area law schools.

Responsibilities

• Summer internship runs 6/2/2027–8/11/2027.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 38.75 hours per week.
• Pay: $33/hour plus a $2,000 stipend.
• Work arrangement: HYBRID – some time in office, some time from home.
• Office location: 3000 Atrium Way, Suite 310, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
