Creative Options Of DC Inc seeks a Director of Digital Marketing with strong PPC management, analytics, and SEO experience. The role focuses on value-based bidding, conversion tracking, and lead management through Google Analytics and the firm’s website.

The candidate will oversee online reputation, policy-compliant advertising, and CRM/API integrations to push leads to the CRM while maintaining the firm's online presence and attorney bios. A law-firm background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of paid advertising management with PPC expertise.
• Strong knowledge of value-based bidding and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics and tracking leads through the funnel.
• Experience overseeing website SEO and content updates for a law firm is a plus.
• Ability to ensure digital advertising compliance with state bar rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPC advertising strategy and ongoing optimization.
• Manage web analytics and track leads from the website.
• Oversee SEO and website maintenance, including policy updates and bios.
• Monitor online reviews and address issues per policies.
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure compliance with ethics rules.
• Set up API integrations and webhooks for CRM and forms.
