Qualifications

• 2–5 years of paid advertising management with PPC expertise.
• Strong knowledge of value-based bidding and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Google Analytics and tracking leads through the funnel.
• Experience overseeing website SEO and content updates for a law firm is a plus.
• Ability to ensure digital advertising compliance with state bar rules.

Responsibilities

Job description

Law firm in the DC Metropolitan area seeks Director of Digital Marketing expert. Prefer candidate with specific law firm experience but will consider strong candidate with extensive PPC experience.

Manages PPC Advertising Must have two to five years managing paid advertising experience with expert knowledge on value-based bidding, location settings, conversion tracking, segments management, and targeting of intent-heavy long-tail keywords for PPC advertising.

Manages Web Analytics and leads: Has mastery of Google Analytics and tracking of the leads through to the website.

SEO and Website Management: Oversees the law firm's website. Ensures our URL web domain never expires. Ensures optimal search engine optimization (SEO) and manages changes to the website such as texting policies, adding and removing attorney bios, or any business policies on the website.

Online Reviews: Monitors online reviews and alerts management when there's an issue to be addressed. Candidate submits a rebuttal or asks the website holder to remove the review if it violates its polices.

Ethics: Coordinates with firm leadership to ensure all digital advertising complies with state bar regulations.

API Integration: Knowledgeable on the set up of custom webhooks for pushing the website and answering service web forms to the CRM.
