Cooper Levenson seeks a highly professional Bookkeeper to join its accounting team in Atlantic City, NJ. You will handle bookkeeping and billing operations, including A/P, A/R, client billing, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision within a collaborative firm environment. Full-time, on-site with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in a law firm.
• Familiar with Microsoft Suite, NetDocs, QuickBooks, and SurePoint LMS+.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Record daily financial transactions including expenses, payments, and deposits.
• Data entry of cash receipts and client costs in billing and accounting systems.
• Monitor firm cash flow and bank balances.
• Prepare checks for reimbursements and vendor invoicing.
• Process bank deposits for operating and IOLTA accounts.
• Monitor business expenses and ensure proper deductions.
• Perform other required duties as assigned.
