Responsibilities

• Process invoices timely and accurately.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain approval for invoices and document discrepancies.
• Maintain a system for organizing invoices and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform check runs and initiate electronic payments.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of all transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare reports for management as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
