Qualifications

• 1+ years of scheduling or customer service experience.
• Proven ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Must work full-time onsite in Katy, Texas; 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Proficiency with desktop applications including Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM/work tools preferred (HubSpot CRM and/ or Five9 is a plus).
• Must pass applicable assessments, including a typing test.
• Autonomous but able to thrive in a team environment.
• Very detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Experience with scheduling software and CRM/work systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and input assignments for police officers using scheduling software.
• Manage assignments based on requests and agency policies.
• Maintain an accurate, updated client database.
• Maintain quality in a high-volume call center environment.
• Serve as liaison between agencies, vendors, and Off Duty Management.
• Relay and record assignments accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and operations staff.
• Prepare reports/spreadsheets detailing assignments.
• Demonstrate excellent customer communication over phone and email.
• Ensure services meet company standards.
• Submit payroll reports for assigned agencies.
