Job summary

The City of Somerville seeks a Coordinator to lead program evaluation of CIT trainings and policy implementation. This role oversees data collection, develops evaluation tools, and serves as the primary contact for law enforcement partners to advance CIT goals.

Based at the Police Department with travel across the metro-Boston area, the coordinator will manage content for the MB CIT-TTAC website, coordinate events, and help build community partnerships focused on public health-first public

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Public Health or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 3 years in program evaluation.
• Bilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, or Haitian Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program evaluation of CIT trainings and policy implementation.
• Oversee data collection and develop evaluation tools for trainings.
• Serve as point of contact for Law Enforcement partners and schedule meetings.
• Manage content for MB CIT-TTAC website and related communications.
• Develop systems for data sharing, documentation, and confidentiality standards.
• Support quarterly Somerville Community Stakeholder Meetings and report minutes.
