Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Law Clerk I in Centennial, CO to support trial teams under supervision of a Supervisory Paralegal or Project Supervisor. Responsibilities include advanced legal research and courtroom support, plus preparing drafts of motions, briefs, and memoranda.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree or be enrolled in an ABA‑accredited program with at least one year of study, strong research skills, and familiarity with Lexis/Westlaw. Some travel and MRPT credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Requires Juris Doctor or current ABA‑accredited law student with at least one year completed.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, performs complex legal research for trial staff.
• Supports attorney team at trial, including in the courtroom.
• Assists in drafting draft legal documents and reviewing for relevance and privilege; supports all phases of litigation including trial support.
