Job description

Job Duties:
The Law Clerk will work closely with Immigration Attorneys to provide support, including:

• Drafting immigration forms for USCIS and Immigration Courts (I-129, I-485, I-918, I-130, I-864, I-130-A, I-765, I-918, I-131, I-821, I-129F, I-140, etc.).
• Handling Employment-based Green Cards, Student Visas, Extension and Transfer of Status, and business immigration cases such as O-1, P-1, H-1B, EB-2 NIW, LCA, PERM.
• Preparing labor certification applications, non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 months in immigration-related legal work.
• Proficiency in Farsi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
