Job summary

Hupy and Abraham S.C., a respected AV-rated personal injury law firm in Milwaukee, seeks a motivated Law Clerk for our Downtown Milwaukee office. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent JD graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting litigation attorneys with document production, case law research, and client intake.

Duties include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, writing briefs, screening potential clients, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree and are eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin Bar exam or licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Innovative problem resolution
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm is looking for a motivated Law Clerk for our Downtown Milwaukee, WI office. This is a great opportunity for a recent JD graduate looking to gain more experience!

Our Law Clerks support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following:
