Hupy and Abraham S.C., a respected personal injury law firm in Downtown Milwaukee, seeks a motivated Law Clerk. This role offers a chance for a recent JD graduate to gain valuable litigation experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, writing briefs, screening potential clients, and assisting with trial preparation. Excellent communication and professionalism are essential.

Formación

• JD required or in process of taking Wisconsin Bar exam.
• Ability to perform legal research and write clear briefs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings.
• Conduct legal research to support litigation.
• Prepare briefs and other court submissions.
• Screen potential clients for suitability and case viability.
• Assist with trial preparation and case management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a litigator.
