Job summary

Hupy and Abraham S.C., a respected AV-rated personal injury law firm in downtown Milwaukee, is seeking a motivated Law Clerk who recently earned a JD. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation support.

The Law Clerk will help with document drafting, legal research, and screening client calls, working closely with a team of litigation attorneys in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be articulate, discreet, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• JD degree required or in process of taking Wisconsin Bar exam.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Innovative problem resolution.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm is looking for a motivated Law Clerkfor our Downtown Milwaukee, WI office. This is a great opportunity for a recent JD graduate looking to gain more experience!

OurLaw Clerks support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings
• Legal Research
• Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree and are eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin Bar exam or licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills
• Innovative problem resolution
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
