Qualifications

• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Juris Doctor degree required.
• 4+ years of employment litigation experience in CA for Associate role consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant CA experience for Of Counsel level consideration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs/motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the firm’s Professional Development team to deliver work product to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.

• Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education
