Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Law and Motion Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available in Portland, OR. The position is non-Principal track and requires 1850 hours annually.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
• Draft trial motions and assist with preparing trial documents.
• Research and draft appellate briefs.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Prepare mediation briefs.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.

Requirements
