Job summary

Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, CA is seeking a laundry supervisor who will train staff to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will oversee daily production and supervise the team with a focus on quality and reliability.

The role also involves minor maintenance on laundry equipment and boilers, supporting the manager to implement efficiency programs and maintain service quality in a mountain resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school gradute or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 2 years experience in all phases of commerical laundry operation.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience.
• Proven track record for maintaining production schedules.
• Valid State of California Driver's License.
• Ability to read and write in the English Lauguage.
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train employees to ensure safety and efficiency of the laundry operation.
• Perform minor maintenance and testing as well as preventative maintenance on all machines and boilers.
• Assist Manager in implementing programs/procedures designed to improve the efficiency and quality of service.

Hourly pay rate: $23.00 to $24.58
