Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in Heath, OH is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily production processing at our Laundry facility, leading production, warehouse and maintenance staff, monitoring flow, costs, quality and inventory. The role requires 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience, budgeting, scheduling and meeting deadlines, with strong communication.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience controlling budgets, setting schedules, and meeting production deadlines.
• Growth oriented and career minded.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production processing of the Laundry facility.
• Monitor production flow and regulate product inventory.
• Control costs and maintain quality standards.
• Manage staffing, transfers, promotions, coaching, training, and employee reviews.
