Southern Textile Service, Inc. seeks a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations in a heavy industrial production environment. The role is not desk-based; about 50% of the day is spent in production, guiding supervisors and production teams to meet goals on the plant floor.

The General Manager will own plant performance, safety, quality, and financial results, developing high-performance teams while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
