Job summary

Grandview Coin Laundry is seeking an attentive and responsible Laundry Attendant to greet customers, help with laundry needs, and keep the shop clean and organized.

You will unload washers, process drop-off items, maintain cash drawer, and ensure the store operates smoothly while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

• Wash, dry and fold drop-off laundry for customers
• Keep the laundromat clean and organized including the machines, lint traps and washer drains
• Report any problems to a supervisor and/or maintenance staff

• Ensure that customers are the only patrons in the stores at all times
• Maintain cash drawer accurately and securely
• Show up to scheduled shift on time and not close the store early

We are looking for an attentive and responsible Laundry Attendant to join our team. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the laundromat is clean, well-maintained, and operating smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with their laundry needs

Unload washers and dryers of clothes that have been left behind

Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple customers

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds above one’s head

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a laundromat or other customer service environment

Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures

Compensation:
