You will handle facility cleaning, assist customers with machines and POS, and process orders while staying organized and detail-oriented. Shift is 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, five days a week, with a 30-minute lunch.

Responsibilities

• Facility Cleaning & Maintenance – Clean floors, tables, seating areas, restrooms, and customer spaces.
• Wipe down washers, dryers, soap dispensers, and machine surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize the facility throughout the shift.
• Clean lint traps, filters, and lint collectors.
• Organize laundry carts and keep the laundromat neat and presentable.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Report maintenance, equipment, or safety issues promptly.
• Assist customers with carrying laundry and locating machines.
• Help customers use our laundromat card system for operating washers and dryers.
• Answer questions and assist customers throughout the laundry process.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues related to machine usage and payment cards.
• Provide friendly, professional service at all times.
• Accept wash-and-fold, laundry, and dry-cleaning orders.
• Enter customer orders into our POS system.
• Tag and organize incoming orders.
• Process customer pickups and ensure completed orders are returned to the correct customer.
• Follow company procedures when inspecting and receiving garments.

Schedule: 5 days a week

Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM (30-minute Lunch Break)

Requirements

-Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

-Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills.

-Comfortable using a computer and learning a POS system.

-Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.

-Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.

-Previous cleaning, hospitality, retail, laundromat, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
