Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join the Housekeeping team in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will process, wash, dry, and sort linens, ensuring timely availability for guest rooms and public areas.

You’ll work with management to meet quality standards and assist with deep-clean projects as needed. The role requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and operating cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial laundry experience preferred.
• Fluent English reading/writing preferred; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Receive soiled items and sort by kind, color and soil level.
• Operate washers and dryers per standards and guidelines.
• Monitor supplies and equipment for sufficiency and operation.
• Fold and store linens; report damages.
• Clean guest rooms or public areas as assigned following standards.
• Notify supervisor on completion and report unserviceable rooms.
