Job summary

Residence Inn Pigeon Forge is hiring a Laundry Attendant to maintain linens and towels for guest rooms and public areas. You will operate industrial laundry equipment, keep the laundry area organized, and support housekeeping operations as needed.

We value dependability, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits. Weekend availability is a plus, and prior laundry experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Laundry or housekeeping experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all laundry, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Commitment to keeping linens organized and facilities clean.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens and towels.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues.
• Distribute clean linens to housekeeping staff in a timely manner.
• Follow all laundry, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of linens.
• Support housekeeping operations as needed.

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities:
