TownePlace Suites Knoxville Cedar Bluff is looking for a dependable Laundry Attendant to join our award-winning hospitality team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the hotel is clean, comfortable, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and good physical stamina.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, and maintaining linens while operating laundry equipment efficiently. We offer competitive pay, paid PTO, and an inclusive work environment that values every employee.

Qualifications

• Laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move linens.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens and towels.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear.
• Distribute clean linens to housekeeping staff.
• Follow all laundry, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory and storage of linens.

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store hotel linens and towels
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues as needed
• Distribute clean linens to housekeeping staff in a timely manner
• Follow all laundry, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with inventory and proper storage of linens
• Support housekeeping operations as needed
