About the Role

We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

• Finishes all daily tasks within the given timeframe based off the minutes per room average, which will be determined by the number of rooms to clean each day
• Provides fresh clean linens for the hotel guestrooms
• Operates commercial laundry and cleaning equipment
• Sorts, loads, washes, dries, and folds linen
• Provides exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile whenever encountered and by responding promptly to guests’ questions, complaints, and requests

** Starting wage for this position is $15.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
