Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, highly trainable, and flexible Laundry Attendant with excellent customer service skills and experience operating a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. The ideal candidate will handle laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and pressing, while providing outstanding customer assistance and efficiently processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and address their inquiries and concerns.
2. Operate POS system accurately for customer transactions, payments, and service orders.
3. Receive, tag, and inspect laundry items from customers, ensuring proper documentation.
4. Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press laundry items according to fabric type and care labels.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area and customer service counter.
6. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
7. Notify management of equipment malfunctions or supply shortages.
8. Assist in inventory control, restocking supplies, and monitoring detergents and cleaning materials.
9. Provide service recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
10. Adapt to various work schedules and tasks based on business needs.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
