Job summary

Cloudland at McLemore Resort is hiring a Laundry Attendant to process and distribute clean linen and support housekeeping operations. You will sort, wash, dry, iron, and distribute linens while maintaining safety and quality standards in a hotel environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a cheerful service mindset to meet guest needs and support property operations.

Qualifications

• Some high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• No formal experience required for the position.
• Ability to recognize and work with numbers.
• Operate industrial laundry equipment.
• Communicate information, respond to questions, and provide directions and hotel services.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into containers.
• Process sorted linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers and feeders.
• Turn in all articles found in Laundry Chute/Department to the Supervisor to log.
• Fulfill guest requests and handle guest problems to achieve satisfaction.
• Notify supervisor of supplies, damaged linens or hazards to keep operation efficient.
• Maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition.
