• Quality Control: Inspect laundry for stains or damage and apply appropriate treatments to remove stains or repair items as needed.
• Stock Management: Keep track of laundry supplies, such as detergent and fabric softeners, and inform the supervisor when restocking is necessary.
• Guest Requests: Respond promptly to guest laundry requests, including the delivery and pick-up of items as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and hotel policies, ensuring that the laundry area is clean, safe, and free from hazards.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other hotel staff to ensure that laundry operations are integrated smoothly with other hotel functions (e.g., housekeeping, front desk).
