Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented laundry attendant to support our industrial laundry facility. If you are dependable, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Organize laundry items for processing.
• Transfer linens onto conveyor belts, maintaining pace with sorters.
• Fold various linens manually and with machines, including sheets, pillowcases, towels, blankets, and bedspreads.
• Operate towel folding machines to meet daily targets (e.g., 800 bath towels, 1000 hand towels per hour).
• Run sheets through ironing machines, aiming for 300 sheets per hour.
• Process at least 750 pillowcases per hour.
• Maintain a pace to achieve 1500 pieces per hour for washcloths and kitchen items.
• Sort and fold blankets, duvets, and mattress pads by size.
• Identify and separate stained or damaged linens during processing.
• Retrieve linens from conveyor belts and sort into designated bins.
• Work efficiently and attentively in a fast-paced environment.
• Feed linens into finishing machines at a productive rate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid TN State driver’s license
