National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Laundry Aide at our Mansfield Center for Health & Rehabilitation. You will manage linens, ensure cleanliness, and support a comfortable living environment for residents.

The role offers full-time 32-hour weekend coverage (Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon) and part-time options, with training and growth opportunities within a caring, family-run organization recognized for kindness and excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, clothing, and other items according to established procedures and schedules.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, including washers, dryers, and folding machines.
• Inspect items for stains, tears, or damage, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE: Friday,Saturday,Sunday,Monday - 32-hours

PART-TIME SCHEDULE: 16-hours

What You'll Do:

As a Laundry Aide, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the laundry operations, ensuring that linens, clothing, and other items are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, cleanliness, and well-being of our residents. Key Responsibilities of a Laundry Aide:
