Job summary

Oxford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center invites you to join as a Laundry Aide. This full-time role operates on the 3pm-11pm shift with Daily Pay offered, under Marquis Health Consulting Services.

You will manage resident laundry, linens, and facility textiles, ensuring cleanliness and dignity for residents while following infection control guidelines and collaborating with staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Laundry Aide or in a housekeeping role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect resident laundry from rooms in a timely and respectful manner.
• Wash, dry, and properly care for resident clothing and facility linens according to established procedures.
• Fold, sort, and return clean laundry to residents, ensuring items are delivered accurately and neatly.
• Maintain organized laundry areas and ensure equipment is used safely and properly.
• Assist with non-clinical support tasks as needed to support overall facility operations.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Report any issues with damaged or missing items to the appropriate staff.
