Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Laundry Aide to support a long-term care facility by ensuring clean and available linens and garments. You will transport soiled linens, operate commercial washers/dryers, sort and load loads, fold linens, and distribute clothing to residents.

Maintain equipment and areas, adhere to policies, and monitor stock levels for supplies. Both full-time and part-time hours are available with day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Transport laundry containers of soiled linen.
• Operate commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sort and load soiled linens into washers.
• Load clean wet linens into dryers.
• Fold linens and distribute resident personal clothing to rooms/closets.
• Maintain laundry equipment and laundry areas.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Check stock and notify supervisor of any needs.

In this role, you will transport laundry containers of soiled linen, operate commercial washing machines and dryers, sort and load soiled linens into washers, and load clean wet linens into dryers, folding linens, distributing resident personal clothing to their rooms/closets, maintain laundry equipment and laundry areas, follows all company policies and procedures, checks stock and notifies supervisor of any needs.

Both Full -time and Part -time hours available. Day and evening shifts available.
