Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is seeking a part-time Laundry Aide for the 11:00pm to 7:00am shift, with Fridays and Saturdays off. The role ensures a steady supply of clean linen and clothing for residents, coordinating with nursing staff to meet daily needs and maintain facility hygiene.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry, as well as keeping the washing area clean and safe. Training is provided and daily pay is available for this position.

Qualifications

• Training period: 1 week, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
• Salary: Based on Experience / Benefits Offered.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled laundry, linen, garments, etc. and place in appropriate containers or assigned areas in the laundry room.
• Sort soiled laundry, linen, garments, etc. and separate items requiring special stain removal or treatment.
• Wash and dry soiled laundry, linen, garments, etc. per established procedures.
• Fold, count, stack, hang, and distribute clean laundry to residents daily or as instructed.
• Clean laundry room floors, including sweeping and damp/mop cleaning.
• Clean walls and ceilings of laundry rooms and disinfect surfaces as needed.
• Remove dirt, dust, lint, grease, film, etc. from equipment and floors with proper cleaning solutions.
• Coordinate daily laundry services with nursing staff during routine assignments.
