Qualifications

• Licensure in cosmetology or barbering is required.
• Willingness to master both technical and business aspects of the salon industry.
• Interest in marketing and social media to grow hair portfolio and attract clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet weekly coursework requirements.
