Job summary

LANXESS Deutschland GmbH in Pittsburgh invites a Rotational Engineer Program participant to join a 2–3 year development path with rotations at the Americas headquarters and multiple manufacturing plants.

You will build a foundation in the LANXESS organization, developing hands‑on projects in compliance and continuous improvement while growing core engineering skills and relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering.
• 0 - 3 years of engineering experience with prior intern/co-op experience in manufacturing and/or design preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and relocate over a period of 2 - 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Rotational Engineers develop a foundation in the Lanxess organization and grow their core engineering skills prior to taking engineering roles at manufacturing plants in North America.
• Hands‑on by developing compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during their rotations.
