HRB in Owings Mills, MD is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for commercial construction projects. You will support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination to deliver stairs, railings, structural steel, and architectural metals across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction or project coordination experience.
• Experience in commercial construction or miscellaneous metals is a plus.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Procore (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor submittals, engineering deliverables, fabrication timelines, and installation progress.
• Support budget management, purchase orders, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, labor resources, and subcontractors.
• Help maintain project documentation, reports, and daily status updates.
• Assist with OSHA-compliant safety initiatives and documentation.
• Participate in quality control inspections and corrective action tracking.
• Support client communications, progress meetings, and project updates.
• Track contract requirements and assist with change order management.
• Compile project reports, photos, and field documentation.
