Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated sales experience with a track record of revenue growth.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses required to be obtained within 180 days of start date.
• Strong business development and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated resilience and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to read and interpret both audited and unaudited company financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50M–$2B.
• Develop deep understanding of clients and their industry and needs.
• Leverage connections to generate new and incremental business.
• Collaborate with internal teams across groups (IB, FX, Wealth Mgmt).
• Coordinate with product specialists to deliver integrated solutions within Risk & Compliance.
• Design and execute a business plan to maximize profitability per client.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners and onboard teammates.
