Job summary

Bank of America is launching a 12-month development program designed to build foundational commercial banking sales and credit skills, preparing participants to transition into a Senior Relationship Manager role upon completion.

Participants will acquire and manage a portfolio of clients, generate new business, and deliver integrated financial solutions by collaborating with internal partners across Credit, Treasury, FX, and Wealth Management, within a robust training framework.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated sales experience with revenue growth.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 180 days.
• Strong business development, analytics, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for clients with $50M–$2B revenue; identify opportunities and recommend integrated solutions.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' business and strategy; adapt to changing needs.
• Generate new and incremental business for Bank of America.
• Collaborate with domestic and international teams across Investment Banking, FX, and Wealth Management.
• Coordinate with Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to deliver solutions within Risk & Compliance.
• Design and implement a business plan to maximize profitability per client.
• Build relationships with internal and external referral partners.
• Motivate teams and support onboarding and development.
