IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Launcher Technical Lead to oversee MEL and LEDGR programs at Huntsville, AL.

Lead engineering teams across development, integration, verification, qualification, production, fielding and sustainment of launcher systems for Army rotorcraft and ground platforms. Role requires deep experience in weapons integration, airworthiness processes, interface standards (MIL-STD series), and collaboration with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline with at least ten years of program execution experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apache helicopter and US Army Aviation rotary-wing platforms.
• Experience with launcher systems and ground/rotary-wing small-arms, rockets, and missile integration.
• Familiarity with airworthiness processes, MIL-STD, and flight/vehicle qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams for MEL and LEDGR development, integration, qualification, production, fielding, and sustainment.
• Serve as SME for MEL/LEDGR and coordinate with LEDGR Lead Systems Integrator to ensure program continuity.
• Manage cross-organizational product development and integration across multiple directorates and labs.
• Develop, review, and approve ICDs, CDRLs, SOWs, and associated technical responses.
