Job summary

Qnity is launching an Early Career LEAP Rotational Program designed to develop future supply chain leaders. The program offers broad exposure across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, and digital supply chain, with mentorship and structured development.

Participants will rotate through roles in several U.S. locations, building leadership, analytics, and process-improvement skills while contributing to real business impact and digital enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline at the time of employment.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Structured rotational program consisting of a minimum of 3 assignments, each approximately 18 months in duration.
• Gain broad exposure across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and business transformation.
• Relocate as needed to support developmental opportunities across program locations.
• Analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive sustainable improvements across supply chain functions.
