Qnity is offering an Early Career LEAP Rotational Program designed to develop the next generation of supply chain leaders. Participants will rotate through planning, procurement, logistics, operations, and digital supply chain, gaining broad exposure and leadership development.

The program emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytics, and continuous improvement, with assignments across multiple U.S. locations including Circleville, OH, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, Procurement, or related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a minimum of 3 rotations across supply chain functions, each ~18 months.
• Analyze data and leverage digital tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Relocate as needed to support developmental opportunities across program locations.
