Job summary

Buckle at Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager. You will support the Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising and operations, and help recruit and train Teammates to deliver a premier guest experience.

This on-site, full-time role carries a pay range of $19–$23 per hour, with base pay plus commission. It’s a pathway to higher leadership responsibilities and store-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience and perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks.
• Work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates, and provide leadership.
• Train and motivate teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
