Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Central Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies in your market.

You’ll develop skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, analytics, and strategic planning while gaining hands-on experience in consumer goods. Relocation within the region may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, or retail operations.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades
