Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking recent graduates for a Behavior Technician position in Kapolei, Hawaii. You will have the opportunity to train as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through BAYADA's RBT Academy and provide support to students with Autism and developmental disabilities.

The role includes direct work with students in schools, implementing behavior therapy techniques, and maintaining relationships with clients and school teams. BAYADA offers a positive work environment, skill development, and competitive compensation starting at $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No experience necessary.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam.
