TAB Denver East is seeking a Certified Facilitator to launch and own their own peer advisory boards. You bring leadership experience and drive; TAB provides the proven system to create a recurring, scalable practice.

The role offers a turnkey methodology, open territory, and a clear pathway to significant recurring revenue through multiple boards and optional consulting work. Training and launch support are provided, with a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership background in corporate or coaching roles.
• Certified Facilitator certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own peer advisory boards.
• Facilitate monthly boards and one-to-one member coaching.
• Prepare and manage board sessions and materials.
• Help fill first board and setup full compensation picture.
