I run a TAB (The Alternative Board) franchise, and I’m bringing on a Certified Facilitator to launch and own their own peer advisory boards. You bring the leadership experience and the drive; TAB provides the proven system to turn it into a recurring, scalable practice.

The training to deliver these programs is provided to you at no cost. TAB boards run 8–12 members of business owners and executives who meet monthly to sharpen each other’s thinking. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, and your certification training is provided at no cost to you. You also get hands‑on launch support to help you fill your first board.
