Founder & CEO at Leading Peers | Fueling CEO growth through high-trust collaboration and strategic peer groups
Leading Peers is seeking experienced Board Leaders based in Florida to facilitate CEO peer advisory boards across the state. This role is ideal for seasoned CEOs, consultants, coaches, or advisors who believe deeply in the power of peer accountability and want to lead at scale.
As a Board Leader, you will facilitate and lead multiple peer advisory boards made up of growth-minded business owners and CEOs. Your role is to create a trusted, structured environment—primarily in person and occasionally online—where leaders think clearly, challenge one another, hold each other accountable, and follow through on the commitments they make.
Board Leaders typically lead between four and twelve boards simultaneously, leveraging group facilitation and peer-driven accountability rather than one-on-one coaching.
