Job summary

Finni Health in Ohio seeks BCBA-practice owners to build their own ABA practice with our support, setting up guidelines, processes, and supervision structures.

You will lead clinical operations, collaborate with families, and ensure evidence-based methodologies while expanding access to autism care. Remote client service and local market work are both possible, with ongoing professional development and a cooperative team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Ed, psychology or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification.
• Licensure to practice within the hiring state.
• At least three years of ABA experience; supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to supervise field and virtual staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up guidelines, handbooks and processes for your practice.
• Communicate with billing/insurance to meet payor requirements and deadlines.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and prepare reports.
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation and staff training.
• Ensure treatment methodologies are evidence-based and current.
• Train clinical staff and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies.
