Finni Health (YC W23) seeks practice owners to start and grow their own ABA practice in California, serving local clients or remote clients in other states. You will help set up guidelines, oversee staff, and ensure evidence-based ABA delivery while partnering with families to build a nationwide impact.

The role combines clinical leadership with entrepreneurship, offering a pathway to build a sustainable practice and contribute to democratizing autism care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Minimum three years ABA experience with supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes.
• Communicate with billing/insurance to meet payor requirements.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and progress reports.
• Design and deliver ABA intervention training for staff and parents.
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies reflect current research.
• Train and supervise clinical staff in ABA implementations.
• Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.
