Job summary

Finni Health (YC W23) seeks a BCBA practice owner to build and lead a new practice. You will work with our team to set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your local or remote operations, while ensuring compliant billing and effective supervision of technicians.

You will oversee functional assessments, design intervention plans, and mentor staff to deliver evidence-based ABA care. Join us to empower BCBAs nationwide with strong support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Ed, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure to practice.
• Minimum three years ABA experience; supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
• Communicate with billing/insurance for payor requirements.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and progress reports.
• Design and deliver ABA intervention training for staff and parents.
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies and current research.
• Train and supervise clinical staff in ABA interventions.
• Collaborate with families on behavior support strategies.
