Job summary

Finni Health is seeking qualified BCBA practice owners to help launch and grow independent ABA practices. You will set up guidelines, supervise staff, and coordinate with payors while delivering evidence-based care to families.

The role includes building protocols, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families to tailor behavior support plans. Location can be local or remote across states; competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, special ed, psychology, or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification (Required).
• Applicable licensure to practice in the hiring state.
• Minimum three years experience in ABA with supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong leadership and oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
• Communicate with billing and insurance to meet payor requirements.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and modify treatment programs based on effectiveness.
• Conduct functional assessments and prepare reports.
• Design and deliver intervention plan implementation and staff training.
• Ensure evidence-based methodologies and current research.
• Train and supervise clinical staff; collaborate with families.
