Finni Health seeks a BCBA with leadership skills to help founders grow their own ABA practice in Michigan. You will set up guidelines, supervise staff, and ensure evidence-based care for clients, while coordinating billing and insurance with the team.

The role emphasizes building practice operations, supervising Behavior Technicians, and maintaining high standards of clinical treatment across local or remote client populations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Applicable licensure to practice in the hiring state required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.
• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify programs as needed.
• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports.
• Design and deliver behavior intervention plan implementation and staff/parent training.
